When it came to think about starting up yet another blog – my third in as many years, on as many hosts – I was leery about starting yet another project I wouldn’t have the time to complete. Really, I just don’t have that much to say, for public consumption – especially not on a theme powerful enough to provide carrying power that will keep readers interested for more than, say, the time it takes to finish a delicious Tim Horton’s breakfast sandwich.
That said, this time I have developed a theme that both matches the title and provides some continuity. This blog is dedicated to documenting the trials and travails of a first-year-law student at the University of Victoria, beginning from at apartment hunting and ending when either I drop out as a miserable failure, or cross the stage and become the butt of more jokes than the French Army.
Name: Rivers

I’m looking forward to hearing of your adventures. Feel free to look up my brother if you are ever in a jam. He won’t help you but at least I’ll know you are in a jam.

Lets see, three provinces between you and me. That ought to do it.
I’m following the chronicles, although I must say that I was dismayed by the destruction of the desk. Pity. I had come to relate to it.
Can’t believe you devoured a $29.00 book in one day. The things you do to write a report…….
OK, sounding like the (cynical) writer in Ratatouille now.
KEEP IT COMING, I go into training to condition the face for all the laughing.
